Hands-On Work Experience (The Ignition Program)
What it is: Learn real-world skills by doing, not by sitting in a boring classroom. Our partnership with Host Employers lets you try out different jobs in a safe, supportive environment.
Best for: People who learn by doing and want to build real workplace confidence.
1-on-1 Mentoring & Job Coaching
What it is: You’ll match with a dedicated coach who takes the time to understand your unique interests. Together, we look for workplaces that genuinely welcome neurodivergent staff.
Best for: Anyone who wants a trusted sidekick to help navigate job hunting, applications, and starting a new role.
Lifeskills, Bricks to Life & Socials
What it is: Hang out, make friends, and build everyday independence without any social pressure. Whether we are building together or cooking, it’s all about connection.
Best for: People looking for a relaxed community where they can be themselves.
Employment Support
What it is: Once you've found what you are looking for, we help you keep it.
Best for: People looking for support on the job or after work to unpack their day, build strategies to help them keep a job.
Finding & Keeping a Job
What it is: A mentor will walk by your side on your journey to finding a job you love.

A fully supported 12 week program to guide you through a successful culture shift in inclusion and diversity. This is not just another 90 minute 'set and forget' inclusion awareness training course, but a comprehensive integrated program enabling you to practice what you learn while improving someone's life who has barriers.

Step 1: You reach out. Drop us a text, an email, or a quick note through this site. Whatever is easiest for you.
Step 2: A casual chat. We’ll set up a time to talk. No formal interviews, no tests. We can chat over a coffee, on Zoom, or you can visit our space. You can bring a support person or parent along too.
Step 3: Try it out. Come visit our Job Hub - a session or meet the team to see if you like the vibe.
Step 4: Design your path. If you feel good about it, we’ll build a plan entirely around what you want to achieve.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we can invoice your NDIS plan from your core or capacity building funds for transition to work. We can also provide Supports in Employment, depending on your funding to ensure that you keep your job once you have settled in. We can also provide services under the old name of SLES to assist participants. We are a Registered NDIS Provider and can invoice NDIA managed plans.
The benefit of our service is that it can be delivered online, our office in Richmond or at a local community hub or library, while we coach you through your development.
The best delivery is in-person, so we get the best outcomes and can connect with your local community and employers.
We are based in Melbourne metropolitan, but depending on what employer programs we currently have, regional Victoria may be a possibility. Get in touch to find out where we currently are providing services.
Our service is NOT an accredited course. We use coaching tools that we have written to help build employability skill and capacity, this is with mentored guidance throughout.
You wont receive a qualification but we concentrate on outcomes. You will receive more than a head full of information - we build your skills, understanding of you and help you develop your story with practical guidance that you need to find and keep a job.
We have a decade of experience working in employment programs coaching and mentoring people with disability to find and keep a job. We've run employer programs that have achieved 80% employment success for participants. While we dont guarantee you a job, we make sure that we can set you up for success and place you in the best possible position to gain employment. Because you need to do some of the work to gaining employment. We work with small numbers to ensure that we can help you where you need it the most.
YES - We can help anyone who has the desire to work and is not scared to put in the effort to achieve their goals.
Our prices are set according to the NDIS Price Guide, but we can provide services to anyone.
We would bill you directly for our hourly rate, as a pay-as-you-go style of service. Much like when you engage a tutor for school or study. We'll bill you weekly and you can provide us with 7 days before the date you want to change the frequency or stop services in writing (email) at anytime.

We work with you to explore what industries and jobs that you are interested in. We'll explore industry together, we'll approach organisations together.
We can help by running diversity and inclusion training, keynote speaker, or run more intensive programs for mutual benefit within your organisation. Get in contact to learn how we can work together. We have experience working with large organisations imolementing meaningful and long lasting programs that deliver change long after the program has finished.
